    NEW Meditation | Who Am I?

    When we practice mindfulness, we often practice an awareness of what is happening and what we are feeling in the present moment. Practicing mindfulness, is also an opportunity to better understand ourselves, and who we truly are at our deepest and most intimate self. In this contemplative meditation, we ponder the question "Who am I?", and invite ourselves to go within, beyond ego and beyond emotions and reconnect with our true essence.

    NEW Meditation | Freedom from Attachment and Ego

    Many of us can identify with attachment to things; such as people and physical possessions. And often times, we very much identify with the people in our lives and the physical possessions we have. We also know that this type of attachment is not healthy and can lead to struggle. But there is another form of attachment that can lead to even greater struggle, and that is ego driven attachment.

    NEW Meditation | Glimpses of Enlightenment

    Many of us, when we are new to meditation, approach it as something that will give us complete, and total change. Many of us, seek enlightenment, much like we have read about the Buddha attaining enlightenment under the bodhi tree. We quickly learn, however, that meditation is a journey and that changes can sometimes feel slow to come. But that is exactly how meditation and true change happen, slowly and in small glimpses.

You agree that, as you are responsible for your own health, you will not hold Brigitte Yancy, Wellness with Brigitte or Brigitte Yancy International, LLC., responsible for any injuries you may suffer, caused whole or in part by your failure to heed instruction. You also agree that you understand and acknowledge that you are to receive instruction in Yoga and Pilates theory and exercises only, and you will not hold Brigitte Yancy, Wellness with Brigitte or Brigitte Yancy International, LLC., to any higher standard of care than that applicable to Yoga and Pilates theory and exercises.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise noted, refunds will not issued. Upon cancellation, you will have access to your subscription through the end of the current billing period and will not be billed for the following billing period.
