Did you know one the best things we can do to help ourselves age in a healthy way, is to keep our core strong. I'm not just talking about abdominals, our core includes our back muscles and our pelvic muscles. And muscles in the upper legs and around our shoulders also play a big part in keeping our core strong and stable.

A stronger core means better balance, healthier hips, knees, and shoulders, and a brighter outlook on life, simply because we feel better! This 20 minute Gentle Chair Pilates class is an edited version of one of my 30 minute classes.
