Meditation | Taking the Edge Offf

Sit with me for a helpful practice when you are having an off day. If you have ever had what we might call an off meditation day; those days where it feels as though your mind isn’t cooperating, your body isn’t cooperating, and perhaps you even feel somewhat disconnect from your breath, I Invite you to give this practice a try.
