WELLNESS THROUGH MOVEMENT | DAILY SPINAL MOVEMENT SERIES

People often ask me, "What can I do on the days I don't take a class, but want to keep moving?" I always tell them that if you do one thing for your body every day, move your spine. Chair Yoga, Chair Pilates, and Pilates classes will and should always include ample spinal movement. On those days you don't do a class, take 10 minutes and move your spine. While not intended to be only thing you do for your spine, these movements will keep your back, shoulders and hips happier and healthier and can also help to improve balance and stability by incorporating them into your off days.
