I never use AI for any of my classes. Each class is curated and taught by me. I also don’t promise short term, unrealistic results. I've been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 20 years, and Pilates for more than 15 years. I've been teaching for more than 18 years. I teach from my experiences of practicing, and that the best way to get the most benefit from these practices is to incorporate them into your life and your weekly routine. I'm here to teach you the practices and to keep it fun and interesting and to help you to realize the benefits these practices give you on every level!

My classes are created for all levels of ability and experience. I understand that, those who do the practices that I offer here, often have mobility and strength limitations. Your safety and stability are my top priority and I offer numerous tips and guidelines to help you to practice safely. Different variations of exercises and poses are also offered to accommodate a variety of needs.
Each class is different and I am always offering new, fun and challenging ways to do the traditional poses and exercises. I also like to explain to you why we are doing the exercises and how they will benefit you!

Flexible to Fit Your Schedule and Level of Ability
Life gets busy and the demands on our time are numerous. With my online classes, you can practice Chair Yoga, Chair Pilates, Meditation, Better Balance and more in the comfort of your own home. You can take these classes at the times that are most convenient for you! You can also take your practices with you wherever you go.
I also make sure that each class offers a little something for everyone. I give you guidance on how to modify exercises based on your level of ability, as well as providing more challenging exercises for those with a little bit more strength and experience.
Practice whenever you want and as often as you would like and at your level of ability and comfort.

You agree that, as you are responsible for your own health, you will not hold Brigitte Yancy, Wellness with Brigitte or Brigitte Yancy International, LLC., responsible for any injuries you may suffer, caused whole or in part by your failure to heed instruction. You also agree that you understand and acknowledge that you are to receive instruction in Yoga and Pilates theory and exercises only, and you will not hold Brigitte Yancy, Wellness with Brigitte or Brigitte Yancy International, LLC., to any higher standard of care than that applicable to Yoga and Pilates theory and exercises. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise noted, refunds will not issued. Upon cancellation, you will have access to your subscription through the end of the current billing period and will not be billed for the following billing period.
