Chair Yoga (All Levels) | Wellness on Every Level of Being

Join me to truly practice yoga in this class and let’s give our body wellness on every level of being. Let’s move to the easy, gentle cadence of the breath and challenge ourselves to build greater stability. We’ll also give ourselves some quiet rest both before and after our practice to balance our practice.
