Meditation | Creating Sacred Space
Be present to all that is here with you in your practice. Then, be very selective as to where you give your awareness and your attention, only giving it to those energies that best serve you. Also recognize which of the energies present you have the ability to change and which you have no control over. Find stability in choosing what you focus on and peace in changing what you can and letting everything else go. Then invite yourself to do this practice both in meditation and in your daily life.
