Meditation | Letting Go of Strain

Today we practice letting go of strain. When we move into strain, we are usually trying to change or fix someone or something over which we have not control. We can only change ourselves and how we respond to or move through any situation. But even that can create strain, by over doing or always thinking we need to be better. Let go of strain, by letting going of doing and simply being in the present moment. NOTE: MEDITATION BEGINS AT 3:45
