Chair Pilates | Balance and Pilates Sculpting

I like to offer classes that are more of a fusion style of Pilates, where I incorporate practices such as Barre, Yoga and Core Sculpting. When we incorporate sculpting into our practices, we are working our whole body with the intention of seeing differences in our physical body as a result of the exercises. This practice incorporates sculpting exercise that is traditionally done on the floor called the Turkish Stand Up. I have modified it for a chair and I hope he will give it a try as it will definitely work your whole body while doing fewer repetitions. Enjoy!
