Gracie Barra McCormick Ranch is a top-tier facility, which is safe, clean, and fully equipped for high-performance training. Their instructors are each highly trained in the tradition of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and women’s self-defense.
*Terms & Conditions: In addition to the standard terms and conditions for Wellness with Brigitte, the following terms and conditions apply: Students will be required to sign a release waiver for both Wellness with Brigitte and Gracie Barra in order to participate. Registration fees are non-refundable. Package is sold as three classes, purchase or refund of individual classes is not available. While all levels of fitness are welcome, this is a physical practice. If you any concerns or about joining or have any injuries, consult with your physician prior to signing up.
