Better Balance | Your Basic Core Strengthening Class

Doing core exercises regularly is essential to better balance. This short practice is a series of core exercises that I recommend you do 3 to 4 times a week. If you commit and do this, you will see improvement in your balance, as well as in your back and pelvic health!
