Intermediate Chair Yoga | Move to the Breath
At the heart of every yoga practice is the breath. We use our connection to breath to center us, to settle us, to calm us and to set the pace of movement for our practice. When we move to the breath, we move at our most natural rhythm or cadence. We feel 'in our groove' and we find a sense of ease, even in the most challenging poses and sequences. We feel grounded and like we are doing a moving meditation that supports and practices us on every level of being.
