Many of us tend to be quite front body focused. In some ways, this is to be expected. When we look in the mirror, we see our front body. When we look at photographs of ourselves, they are predominantly of our front body. In a practice such as Chair Yoga, we are reminded that we are three dimensional and have four sides.
